Commercial Flight Dispatcher
We are an aviation company with 20 years of experience in the field of private air transportation. We operate our own fleet of aircraft – five Phenom 300E and two Praetors 600 – based in Prague. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Commercial Flight Dispatcher.
Flight planning in PPS (routes, OFP, fuel, etc.)
Preparation of flight documentation (FPL, OFP, WX, NOTAM, etc.)
Communication with flight crews and company sales staff
Arranging supplementary services: handling, permits, fuel arrangements, hotel reservations for flight crews, overflight permissions, performance calculations, loadsheet, etc.
Experience in business aviation is an advantage
Experience in a similar position is an advantage
Excellent knowledge of Czech; English proficiency at least B2/ICAO LEVEL 4 operational level
Reliability, attention to detail and team spirit
Ability to work independently and solve tasks
Minimum high school education with diploma (maturita)
Stress resilience
