IT Specialist
We are an airline with 20 years of experience in private air transport. We operate a fleet of our own aircraft – five Phenom 300Es and two Praetors 600 – with headquarters in Prague. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of IT Specialist.
Technical support for users
Assistance with purchasing and recording HW, SW, and mobile phones
Support with administrative activities of the IT department (including IT contracts and IT guidelines)
Mobile operator service management
Office 365 management (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Loop, Panner, and more)
Support in the implementation of cybersecurity policies
Assistance with personnel changes
Basic LAN network administration
Basic server administration
Communication with IT equipment and service suppliers
Cooperation in the development of internal company applications, communication with users, user training, preparation for checking invoices for work performed
Technical support for the online marketing department
Cooperation in the resale or ecological disposal of discarded IT equipment
Relevant professional knowledge, experience in a similar position is not a requirement, but an advantage
Verbal and written communication skills
Excellent knowledge of English
Client-oriented, empathetic approach
Ability to set priorities, organizational skills
Teamwork
At least a high school education, also suitable for recent graduates
Knowledge of the aviation industry is an advantage
