We are an aviation company with 20 years of experience in the field of private air transportation. We operate our own fleet of aircraft – five Phenom 300Es and two Praetor 600 – based in Prague. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Sales Dispatcher in Business Aviation.
The successful candidate should have excellent organizational skills, demonstrate overall motivation to sell, and be actively committed to their work. We are looking for a team player with a proactive approach.
Brief job description
Support for the sales department, i.e., processing flights and preparing contracts and documentation for individual business cases
Comprehensive communication with the company's clients
Handling flight-related matters
Arranging cold or hot catering for sold flights
Supervising the quality of catering and communicating with suppliers
Monitoring and market research
Management of unpaid receivables from clients
Regular communication with other departments of the company, especially with the sales department, flight crews, and accounting department, support for the sales department and flight crews
Basic candidate requirements
Verbal and written communication skills
Excellent knowledge of Czech and English, both spoken and written; another language is a plus
Ability to set priorities and strong organizational skills
Proactivity and motivation
Teamwork skills
At least a high school diploma, also suitable for recent graduates
Experience in a similar position is not required but considered an advantage
