Whistleblowing

In accordance with and as a direct consequence of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law (hereinafter only referred to as the “Directive”) and Act No. 171/2023 Coll., the Act on the Protection of Whistleblowers, it is possible to report breaches via the Internal Whistleblower System.

At the same time, a competent person was appointed to receive and examine reports of breaches. The appointed competent person is Mgr. Klára Hořínková.

A whistleblower or a reporting person within the meaning of the Directive is a natural person who, in connection with his or her work or other professional activity for CTR Atmospherica Aviation a.s., has become aware of an unlawful act that violates a legal provision falling within one of the areas defined by the Directive (for more information, see korupce.cz/protikorupcni-agenda/whistleblowing).

Reports of possible breaches that fulfil the criteria of the Directive can be made to the competent person via the Internal Whistleblower System:

In writing, the reports can be sent to the competent person:

1. a) electronically by e-mail to whistleblowing@atmospherica.aero
2. b) by post to the address of CTR Atmospherica Aviation a.s., Seifertova 2919/12, 130 00 Praha 3, the envelope must be sealed and labelled “Confidential, for the competent person only”.

Verbal reports can be made to the competent person on working days between 9.00 a. m. and 3.00 p. m.:

1. a) by telephone on 255 702 733 (a transcript of the conversation will be made),
2. b) personally, after prior arrangement by telephone with the competent person at the above number.

CTR Atmospherica Aviation a.s. excludes the receipt of reports from persons who do not perform work or similar activities for the above-mentioned company pursuant to Section 2(3) of Act No. 171/2023 Coll. on the Protection of Whistleblowers.
