Deputy Compliance Monitoring Manager

CTR Atmospherica Aviation a.s. is seeking an experienced candidate for the position of Deputy Compliance Monitoring Manager, who will play a key role in the operations of our airline.

Working in the dynamic environment of business aviation requires a high degree of responsibility, diligence, and a professional approach. We are looking for a candidate who will be part of the Compliance Monitoring team and will participate in overseeing internal processes, aviation regulations, and regulatory requirements, as well as contributing to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and the company’s reputation.

This position primarily involves ensuring that company procedures comply with applicable regulations, supporting individual departments in the area of compliance, and actively collaborating on the creation and updating of internal documentation and company standards.

A thorough knowledge of aviation regulations, regulatory requirements, and relevant standards is essential for this position. We expect independence, a constructive approach to handling assigned tasks, and the ability to communicate effectively across the organization.

• Experience in aviation compliance and quality
• Detailed knowledge of European and Czech aviation regulations and EASA. Experience with FAA regulations is considered an advantage
• Ability to independently handle assigned compliance tasks in an environment with high standards for quality and safety
• Professional demeanor, a high degree of personal responsibility, and discretion
• Constructive and analytical thinking with an eye for detail
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Fluent spoken and written Czech & English; additional languages are an advantage
• Natural ability to establish and maintain the organization’s internal standards

• Participation in the development and management of the Compliance Monitoring system in accordance with applicable aviation regulations and regulatory requirements
• Monitoring and evaluating the compliance of internal processes, documentation, and operational standards
• Collaborating with company management in establishing and developing internal rules and processes
• Organizing and conducting internal audits
• Leading a team of auditors
• Communicating with relevant authorities and supporting the company during external audits and inspections
• Providing expert support to individual company departments in the area of compliance
• Actively contributing to the maintenance of high standards of safety, quality, and the company’s reputation
